1. General
This public offer (the Offer) sets the terms under which EasyTalk Academy (the Provider) delivers services to users of easytalk-academy.com.ua (the User).
The Offer is a public agreement under the laws of Ukraine. Acceptance includes account registration, booking a free trial, or paying for services on the site.
2. Provider
Services are provided by a registered sole proprietor (FOP), single tax group 3. The business account is held with Monobank.
Full legal details (name, tax ID, address, IBAN) will be published in an updated Offer on this page before payments start.
3. Services
The Provider offers online conversational English: group and private lessons and materials in the personal dashboard.
Separately, the dashboard includes tests, tasks, and quizzes by subscription tier (Tier 1–3). Live calendar sessions (meetings) and video lessons are a separate product unless stated otherwise on the site.
4. Dashboard quiz subscription
Paid tiers: Tier 1 — USD 1/month, Tier 2 — USD 2/month, Tier 3 — USD 3/month. Payment via Monobank acquiring. The charged amount in UAH is determined at checkout per bank rules.
Without payment (tier 0), a minimal test set and level check are available. No paid subscription trial is offered at this time.
After successful payment, access level is updated in the account. If auto-renewal is cancelled, access remains until the end of the paid period unless payment rules say otherwise.
5. Payment and delivery
Services are digital and delivered remotely through the dashboard after sign-in.
Card payments through the payment service are fiscally receipted per Ukrainian law (PRRO).
6. Refunds
Users may request a refund for the quiz subscription within 12 (twelve) hours of a successful charge if paid materials for that tier were not used.
Requests go to [email protected] with the account email and payment date. Refunds use the same payment method, within bank and legal timeframes.
7. Liability and changes
The Provider is not liable for connectivity issues, User equipment, or third-party services (bank, email) outside its control.
The Provider may update this Offer; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
